We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items from the date your order is delivered.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, worn, or tested after delivery unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@Glamoursclub.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, or incorrect purchasing decisions.
Return Process
To request a return, contact Support@Glamoursclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
Items must remain unused and in original packaging to qualify.
